Cumbria is talking about living and dying well - the Conversations for Life programme was launched on Friday 11 September.
Your NHS
‘Your NHS’ is a 16 page magazine which is being sent out to more than 200,000 homes in the county.
It includes useful contact numbers for NHS services as well as advice on how to stay healthy this winter. Alongside health advice there is also information on how NHS Cumbria spends its money and an introduction to the six lead GPs for each locality in the county.
